What to expect

It's a working warehouse, not a boutique

First time coming? Here's what you'll find when you pull into the lot.

01

Bins & Racks

$4 and $6 bins line the floor and you can buy a single piece if you want, there's no minimum. There are also $8 and $12 bins for the better stuff, mostly for trade buyers. It's all mixed together, so you'll find Y2K next to band tees next to activewear like Lululemon, Aritzia, Aerie and Gymshark. Bulk buyers can thrift by the pound.

02

Wear something you can move in

You'll have your hands in the bins the whole time. Give yourself at least an hour.

03

Cash or card

Debit, credit, or cash, and no minimum. If you're buying a lot, ask about pound pricing before you pay. Activewear is $5 a pound when we have it in.

04

Just ask us

We sort 150 to 200 lbs of vintage a day, so we usually know what just went out. Tell us what you're after and we'll point you at it.

When to come

Any day works. Some are quieter

Stock goes out all day, every weekday. There's no drop day to plan around, but the day does have a rhythm to it.

8:00 – 9:30 AM
Quietest

Right at open

First through the door. Racks are tidy and you'll have whole bins to yourself. Good if you'd rather not shop around other people.

9:30 – 11:30 AM
Steady

Mid-morning

A few regulars in by now, and sorting is rolling, so new pieces keep appearing. This is when most people come.

12:00 – 1:30 PM
Busiest

Lunch hour

Busiest stretch of the day. More people on the floor and less elbow room in the bins.

1:30 – 3:30 PM
Steady

Last call

Quiet again, and we're finishing the day's sort, so the freshest stuff often goes out around now.

Patterns shift day to day, so call 416-630-7007 if you need a specific window.

Before you come

Not much to bring, really

  • Bags are on us

We supply bags at the warehouse, including for bulk picks, so there's nothing to bring. Bring a duffel or a bin anyway if you're pulling heavy and want an easier carry to the car.

  • Comfortable clothes

You'll be bending and lifting, so skip the white outfit. Layers help, because the warehouse follows the weather.

  • Cash or card

We take both. Card is fine for any amount, and cash works too. If you're buying in bulk, ask about pound pricing before you check out. Activewear is $5 a pound when we have it in.

  • An hour, minimum

You can't rush it. Most regulars stay 60 to 90 minutes.

  • A friend (optional)

Two pairs of eyes catch more, and it's more fun with company.

Common questions

The questions first-timers always ask

Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in any time during open hours, Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The only people who book ahead are stylists, costume departments, or resellers placing a bulk order. For those, send us a note.
Can I try things on?
There's a small change area on the floor. Most regulars hold things up, eyeball the fit, or try pieces over what they're already wearing. At $4–$6 a piece, it's pretty low risk to take a chance.
Are there restrooms?
Yes. Staff washroom available on request, just ask.
Is it accessible?
The warehouse is on a single ground level with no stairs at the entry. Parking is on flat pavement next to the building. The bins are mid-height and racks are standard. If you have specific access needs, give us a call ahead at 416-630-7007 and we'll make sure it works.
Can I bring kids?
Absolutely. It's a warehouse, not a museum, so there's room to roam. Strollers fit in the main aisles. Just keep an eye on little hands around the racks.
What about returns or exchanges?
Sales on bin items are final. At $4–$6 a piece, the price reflects "as-is." For premium pieces, talk to staff before you leave; we'll work with you if there's a problem we missed on the rack.
Can I bring my dog?
Service animals always welcome. Otherwise, it's a working warehouse with bins of textiles on the floor, so we keep it humans-only.
Will photos and prices on the website match what's in store?
The online shop is a small sampler. Most of the warehouse only lives in person. Stock rotates daily, so what you see online today might already be gone, and 95% of what's on the floor will never be photographed. Come dig.
